The chairperson of East African Business Council (EABC), Denis Karera, has said that the EAC has granted business opportunities to the private sector within the region.
He made the remarks yesterday in a session shortly before the closure of The Global African Investment Summit (TGAIS).
Denis Karera, The chairperson of East African Business Council (EABC) said,
All regional private sectors should continue opening doors for business. We dealt with Non-Tariff Barriers (NTBs), reduced numerous police road blocks and check points, and adopted the customs union. This has deepened the liberalization of trade.
