The Hub in collaboration with EAC Secretariat is seeking to recruit highly qualified team of two consultants on ICT and Policy fields to develop database for TBT technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures and its implementing agencies/bodies. The lead consultant -ICT must have at least a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, with expertise in developing large databases and web-based applications using database management systems, at least 5 years’ experience and knowledgeable in various programming languages. The second consultant on policy must have at least a degree, knowledgeable on WTO TBT Agreement and at least 5 years’ experience in TBT matters in EAC region.
