Women traders to benefit from training on cross-border trade

TANZANIA Women Chamber of Commerce (TWCC) plans to carry out business trainings on women in cross border trade in order to enable them grasp and fully utilise the East African Common market business opportunities.

The Executive Director of TWCC Ms Flora Rimoy made the revelation in Dar es Salaam yesterday during a training on business opportunities on women engaging on exportation of goods in the country.

Ms Rimoy said that training to be held in Namanga in Arusha Region, Sirari (Mara Region) and Mwanza next month is part of the programmes on the special projects of empowering business-women in cross border trade. Read more. Source | Daily News
