The East Africa Trade and Investment Hub, implemented by DAI, invites qualified financial transaction advisory firms to submit proposals for identifying high-impact sectors in the East African Community for investment.

Period of Performance

The period of performance is anticipated that the work will begin by March 2015. We anticipate the contract period will be two years with the year two been an option year. Year 2 will only be exercised after satisfactory performance of the subcontract in Year 1.

 

 

Place of Performance

 

 

East African Countries, Madagascar and Ethiopia.

 

Basis for award

An award will be made based on the Trade Off Method. The award will be issued to the responsible and reasonable offeror who provides the best value to DAI and its client using a combination of technical factors and cost/price factors.
