An award will be made based on the Trade Off Method. The award will be issued to the responsible and reasonable offeror who provides the best value to DAI and its client using a combination of technical factors and cost/price factors.  Women led or women owned or women majority employed companies are encouraged to apply.  5 evaluation points will be automatically allocated to businesses that demonstrate they are women-led or employ majority women.
